Existing situation: The project refers to the apartment of 70 square meters located on the first floor in a building “train” workers housing project in Holon.
The apartment: a small kitchen with a 4 square meters, facing east, a corridor leading to two bedrooms via the dining and living room of 13 square meters.
The living room and bedroom connected to a west-facing covered porch Bat Yam.
Project: Expansion of the apartment, extra room on the roof, planning, design and permit.
After several sketches and chosen best suitable plan.
This program licensing plans Have been prepared by architect permit. After the committee Have been prepared a detailed work plan.
