In the memoirs of the Ethiopian Jews’ journey to Israel in “Operation Moses”, they say that their long walk – until they reached the collection point, was accompanied by many storks in the blue sky.

For many generations, the wandering stork on its way home symbolized their hopes of immigrating to Eretz Israel.

This sculptor, which includes 12 white storks – is a tribute to the moving story of the aliyah of Ethiopian Jews.
